Action Plans
There are two types of action plans. First is the school guidance curriculum action plan , which is the curriculum delivered to every student through classroom guidance lessons. Second, is the closing- the- gap action plan which is delivered to students when data have indicated a need.
School guidance curriculum action plans contain:

Domain and standard to be addressed (academic, career, personal/social)

Student competency addressed

Description of counseling activity

Assurance the curriculum is provided for every student

Title of any packaged or created curriculum that will be used
-
Timeline for completion of activity

Name of individual responsible for delivery

Means of evaluating student success using pre-post tests, demonstration of competency or product
-
Expected results for student stated in terms of what will be demonstrated by each student

Indication that the plan has been reviewed and signed by the administrator

Closing the gap action plans contain:
